We were very excited about this, but it died about 1 minimal after people installed it. Will really need to return it and find something altogether different. Works better than my previous wired unit and will what it was designed to complete. I’m very happy with this course. For your Ventstar cell thermostat to your job, you want to buy
at very least one transmitter and one receiver,
so you are searching for $200 minimum.

I are generally using the Venstar thermostat designed for over 4 months at this point.
This review is dependant my experience in your pass some months.
For the most part, the essential function is effective.
I will be much happier if improvements are made in the next areas:
1) Your transmitter is too ungainly. If this size might be reduced by 50%
it would look superior.
2) For a $200 system, I expects a greater grade plastic material casing.
The current plastic casing is too cheap searching for my tastes.
3) A receiver precious time missed the command sent with the
transmitter. It will eventually catch up, but the actual delay is actually annoying.
This often get worse should the I use a ‘house code’ higher than zero.
(zero would be the default ‘house code’)
This is a big issue in my situation. If the connection between the transmitter
and radio is much more reliable, user experience will improve a great deal.
4) The idea lacks any support pertaining to ‘integrated air flow quality’ system.
If you now have a air purifier installed with all the furnace, you can’t
set up an outside time schedule just for the supporter.
5) The operator interface is a pain to help you program. This is because
transmitter features only 5 buttons with it. Each button may need to serve
multiple functions. I like the user interface of the Luxpro
thermostat _much_ more desirable. (Luxpro hasn’t got a wireless model,
however) This problem can be solved in the event Venstar can be
willing to add more switches.
